Diablo Cam Underworld Files

Has anyone got a working example of the configuration file to use for the newcamd protocol? I have tried everything to no avail.

Hi all, I need some help.

I've bought a Eurovox 8000 and am trying to get the channels descrambled.

I've been looking at diablo cam and smart cards as a solution, but it looks quite complicated and I would have to fork out some more money to get the necessary equipment.

Has anybody got any tips? Please?

What smart card would I be able to put in if I ever find one?

Could the "sly" work? If I even just get the contract with "sly"?

Diablo cam only opens thor 1w and holland 19e at the minute and how long they work for nobody knows, i've heard people talking about the gamma card but again what this opens and how long it works for we dont know as most providers are changing to n3 or cas7 encryption, Maybe cardsharing is the waay to go but you cany talk about that in here, the is other websites that you can find out about it by searching through google.

Diablo CAM, first time user

Hello,

Today I bought a Diablo CAM Light and was looking for SW for this.
Along with it I also bought a Duolabs CAS-2 interface.

Now I am trying to download the 180 version of the Diablo SW.

Along with it I also bought a Duolabs CAS-2 interface.

Now I am trying to download the 180 version of the Diablo SW.

The first thing you have to do is download the Cas Studio software, for your Cas programmer, which is needed to program a Diablo Cam:

Do not connect your Cas programmer until after you have installed the drivers, it makes it easier for your computer to install them.

Once they are installed connect your Cas programmer to your computer using just the USB cable, this is all you require.

Next you need to download the latest Underworld file, this is currently underworld 180, a couple of posts above


Programming the Diablo is quite easy:
Insert your Cam carefully into the Cas programmer.
Start up the CIS 8.6c software, you should have a shortcut icon on your desktop.
Click on the Cam Module tab, and the 2 Diablo Cam icons, this starts up the Diablo software.
It should automatically be set to the Upgrade Cam tab.
Click on the little icon, with 3 dots, at the end of the File Name: address bar.
Navigate to your desktop, underworld180.dup and click open.
A green light should now appear on the Start Update icon, click this and wait for the Cam to finish programming.

Once complete click the yellow Exit icon, this will bring you back to CIS 8.5c.
You now need to adjust the configuration settings.
Click on the Utilities tab, and the Common Interface Host icon.
You should now see underworld 180 displayed, click enter.
Enter the Configuration folder and change the following:
Emulators to ON.
N2 AU to ON.
Emulators priority to 1 Emu 2 Card.
Once complete exit the software and remove your Cam.

With your Cam programmed you can currently open the following main packages:
holland 19E
Digi TV 1W

Hi Bosvelt,

I just carried out your instructions to the letter. I had never gone into the "utilities" section of the CAS 3 interface before, I always configured my cam through the configuration tab in the TechnoMate. Anyway.....I am getting absolutely nothing on ANY scrambled transmission ANYWHERE.
I have been away for a month and before this I had no problems whatsoever. Are you sure the N2AU should be ON?
Any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Try N2AU Switched OFF in the cam config menu, then in technomate menu> satellite setup>options, switch DigiTV AU to on, I've had a few problems myself recently and have had to flick from on/off at times.

So.... I've just bought a Diablo & CAS2. Just to confirm, are these the only 2 packages I can get?
Sorry for the maybe stupid question but I was told by the seller that there's "over 100 other channels you can get with this CAM"

Holland 19e and digi tv have sport, films, discovery and music channels, there is other foreign channels on other sats that you can watch if you want
