This morning I upgraded my Sky Movies and Sports, normally do it for Christmas and I got a letter offering half price for 6 months so what the hell I thought.
Anyhow within 1 hour all the channels were received, all except 1.
Sky Sports 4 was still telling me I should upgrade and I could save ?5 if I did this online!
Anyhow I waited till this evening and no change, so i contacted Sky and spoke to the technical department who sent me out another signal and said it could take 2mins to 4 hours. If this didnt work I was to call back and they would move my issue up to the next level!
Well the 4 hours are up and Sky Sports 4 still hasnt come on so I will give Sky a call back tommorow but does anyone have a clue as to what is wrong?
Just to clarify I have a HD box but im not subscribing to HD its the SD channels I have.
Just to add, I am able to watch Sky Sports 4 on my Sky Go app on my iphone so the channel is there it just wont decode on My Sky Box!
