    quesion about a Programmer

    Can I ask some help about smart card Programmer power voltage?

    Please tel me if 9v or 12v ? to use for this programmer.

    Check the number on the 3 legged device ( the one near the power socket ) if its 7805 you can put 9v or 12v , as this device will regulate the voltage to 5v. Be careful with the polarity of the power connector too

      Thats no 7085 on that board, wrong casing. It's probably a 9v circuit looking at it (whats the number on that small transistor near the power input?) I reckon you'll be safe using a 9v power supply with a small current rating, I.e. around 200-350ma would me more than sufficient to drive that circuit.

        Is really hard o read the writing on the 3 legged transistor but I managedit it says: ~17AH - LW78L - 05ACZ.

        After the identification of the voltage I need go and find the software for it in the internet.

        thank you for your help as you can see above the reading of the transistor..

        I also have Millenium 2001 and I don't know where to get software for it, if only can get software for either I will be able to use it. both are 9 pin serial connections.

          Please Please Help.
          I am *@@##off with the two programmer now I have bought a usb digitech and I can't get a driver for it, if any1 of you guys got one can you help and email me a copy I will sincerely appreciate it
