Sky+HD Box Info Bar Problem

Anyone else with Sky+HD info bar that stays on constant on BBC Three only..??

All other channels its on screen for about 3 seconds then goes off.. BBC Three, stays on constant..!!

hi mate try doing a system reset, the way to do this is the following :

unplug your power then press back up on your box, with your finger still on the back up button plug your power back in but dont let go of the back up button.
after 15 to 30 seconds your box will do a software update

if this dont work you can also try this :

press services the press 0 0 1 select, but you must be fast, and if your sucsessful you will be into installer menu
the bar will have options like this :

set up : tx'ponder : telephone : rf out : tuning : install : rebuild : sys reset

i would try the rebuild or sys reset
