My S9 box has a slight sync issue on every channel.
It's only slight but is incredibly distracting.
I've seen the thread about the s11 boxes and wondered if it is the same fix?
My box came preloaded with the firmware and faves list already on it and I have never updated either.
I think my firmware is C2HS2 - 11 - 12 - 13.0481 but I don't know if that is correct?!
If I change the firmware will I lose the channels and faves?
