Hi there would there be much difference using cat6 cable as opposed to cat5 cable when connecting openbox/skybox for internet connection. I have recently purchased 30m run of the cat5 cable and im now wondering would i have been better off getting the cat6. Many thanks for any replys guys.

Either will work m8 for what you need cat6 is better for longer runs...................I know you believe you understand what you think i said

i used a pair of homeplug to save the messing around with routing of ethernet cable from router all around the livingroom to where the openbox is.Comment
