Skybox F5 channel edit help/delete

I got a new skybox F5 HD and uploaded a channel list.

Can anyone tell me how do i delete channels that scrambled and how do i delete list from favourites like 'shopping' & 'reglious'

I've searched through the form and the web and found nothing.

I didn't mean to double post but if you must know after i created a thread and hit submit it was hanging and in that time i changed the thread title and hit submit again hense the double post
