What box you got?

For me (F3) I hit menu > Installation > TP List > Scroll down to 12382MHz > Hit blue button > OK

Should now have Sky Movies Disney at the very end of your channel list.

The frequencys are HD 12382 H 29500
SD 11836 H 27500
