are you using official skybox dongle? If not you will get this message on set up page once upon a time most tp- link ones would work with box now it's just the official ,there are limited amount of others but not too sure which. You can get the official ones for a fiver on certain trading site you also need to change modem security to wpa or wpa2. At best wifi on slyboxes is hit & miss .Last edited by samsid; 21 May, 2013, 16:22.Comment

Have you done the wifi setup? reboot the box enter the modem security key ? if the skybox itself won't recognise the dongle & you can't connect via ethernet doesn't look good. Just to check in neywork local setting DHCP is on and the box has a viable ip address?Comment
