OK so,
I have a skybox f3 and i was on $ly my router being right next to the skybox which was all good but i got rid of $ly so now I dont have a router next to my skybox. I have virgin broadband in a different room and i didn't really want to start whacking cat cables around my house. Now I checked all the wireless dongle things I have in the house and none worked so I thought I would have to buy an official dongle but i had a brain wave one night.
When i was with $ly they were giving out free wireless boosters that have a cat cable connection so i thought if i pair that up with my superhub then just plug it in the skybox it would fool it into thinking it was connected via cat cable.
It works but my superhub connection keeps dropping out for like 2/3 secs then every things fine again and its not just the wireless that drops it my pc thats connected up to the superhub.
So any ideas whats causing this guys and how to fix ??
