picon editing

who can help me rename the picons i have....as eg...mutv picon is on pop tv. i just want to rename so the channels correspond with the couple that are wrong.

1_0_1_75E7_422_1_C00000_0_0_0.png is how my picons are labelled....cant figure out which picons are for which channels.

any ideas?
