DM 500S settings

Could someone give me some help

My dm500s dose not store channels on any satellite above 12300 high band

setting are LOF L 09750
LOF H 10600
THRESHOLD 11700

using a invercom universal lnb that is working fine with another receiver,

I have a stand alone positioner so I dont need diseqc.
