Recently I bought a genuine DM800 se and I was going through settings setting it up then once I tuned in few satellite tv channels picked up my Hannspree tv remote controll to put the volume up or down then I see a big problem.
''My tv Remote control is interfering with DM800 se '' Now what I am angry and how to hek did that happen?
Must say is only the tv's remote controller that is causing the problem not any other remote device in the house.
I have done a factory setting with original image of dreambox but no joy.
Both DM800 se are confirmed as original but also the remote control of the drembox it seems original with a Code reading inside: URC39931RJ0-06
Any help on this matter is very much appreciated?
