Problem Installing Driver
CP210x_VCP_Win_XP_S2K3_Vista_7.zip

I have tried on Win XP and Win Vista Installed Computer.

It gives yellow Exclamation mark under communication port in Device Manager.

Tried by updating driver on line. It says already installed updated driver.
It gives error Code 10
Microsoft says it is Resources assigning problem

Any help in this regard
