Have a motorised system run by dm800 open pli image clone version, downloaded autoupdater 28.2 a really good tool, was wondering if I could run cats eyes along side for the rest of the satelites, is it possible and whats involved.

Yes you can.
Just load up Cats-eyes Euro satellites via Dream box edit.
Once you upload above you will have to run your 28.2 auto updater, as above will delete your existing bouquets.
I have the exact same system as yours.
