is there a epg for the dm800se i downloded cooltvguide from tspanel the reset the box the pressed set crossepg and then download it flASHES for about 3 sec then finishes then i exit then press tv but no epg please help ?

If you're in UK, set it up for 28.2e, either using bbci or rytec options.
set up cooltv guide to start with bouquetlist and then choose guide format, and configure multiquickbutton to map one of colour keys to cooltvguide. You can then press colour button you mapped, and are presented with a list of bouquets to choose, very similar to sky setup.Comment

You dont need Multiquick button to map Cool Guide to one of the coloured keys as its already built into the Cool Guide setup

ok lets get a full epg for ya mate first you will need a memory stick or hdd (memory stick is better in my opinion)
insert it to back of box
press menu
setup
cross epg
configure
storage device should be your memory stick
make sure all other settings in this page are selected to yes
exit this page
goto open tv providers
select sky uk opentv (astra2 on 28.2)
press green then yellow to install
now you should have a full 7 day epg for all channels
