network setup not ok

Hi all
I have 500s with cccam 2.2.1
my lan internet cable from broadband modem is working fine when connected to laptop with dhcp.
but with same cable db is giving "network setup is not ok"messege with dhcp ticked.
im confused and fed up...
please help thanx in advance

What make is your router and what settings have you put in?

Also its wise to say hello in the introductory part of the forum first as a rule and read the rules while your there.

If you have got CCcam 2.2.1 running then you are best using a static ip address on your dreambox.

[SIMPLY THE BEST]

Set it to .20 or summin big @ the end and wen you know its working uncheck the dhcp setting

when i check plugins/cccinfo/servers it shows 2 of them but none is connected
network setup is dhcp and db modem lights are on...

Hello Experts,

This is my first post, so pls be gentle ;-)
I searched all over the internet.. i honestly did.. trust me.
But I have the SAME EXACT ISSUE that started 3-4 days ago. I am able to ping, login to the dreambox via firefox using ipaddress (192.168.2.24).
Get the same error network setup not ok in Communication.
Will it get resolved if I flash it?

Appreciate your expertise on this please.

do you have any of the other bits needed with cccam 2.2.1 or are you just running cccam
