motor reset

hi i have a motor a dg-280 diseqc h-h mount conneted to a dreambox 500s. all the sats are mixed up trying to rest my motor but somhow it wont reset. it is a brandnew motor there is 3 ways to rest it . ie hardware reset by receiver. hardware reset by diseqc motor. built in satalite table reset. have tryed the second and the 3rd. but its still the same when i pick 28e the motor moves to 0 fixed thor. and when i pick 13e the motor moves to 28e. but sometimes it wont move at all anyone got a quick fix for this tx

is there no way to do a cold reboot of the motor...are you using usals if so go to 1 west reset motore re put you long & lat then away ya go
