Dm7020si NO Eutelsat3A

Hi, I try to add Eutelsat3A in the box but no luck. I used ultraEdit, the XML file did transef but can't see the sat when I ask (drive to satellite).
Same problem if I use dreamboxEdit. Please I need your help.
