Please can you help me I am stuck. The port for my router is not working. I am trying on Dreambox 500s and my broadband is from Virgin and so is my router. My port is 12000 on my router and it isn't working for sharing. I have tried as much as I can to find out how to fix the problem and I also tried with another Virgin router however that doesn't work as well. All my work is nearly complete however because of this problem I am stuck and can not go any further with my work.
Please can someone help me.
