DM500 Clone "configfile parse error" on Extras URL

hi, i am trying to setup a DM500s clone with Edge Nemesis 4.4 ,, i have copied the known-working URL file over to /var/etc and given it 755 chmod but get "Configfile parse error" when trying to access it via GUI on box. The same file works on my TM9100. Any suggestions please? The Download addons section DOES work so its not internet access issues :-s
