parental lock crossepg problem

i have a parental lock on my dm800se for the kids safety, it's set up with a whitelist which only allows the channels on this list to be watched without entering a pin.
Can someone tell me which channel to put on the whitelist, so that when crossepg downloads through the night it dosn't require the pin to be entered
