Recording/playing DVD on USB on DBox

I would like to watch DVDs on my DBox through my USB flash drives.

How do I get the films onto the USB drives to watch on the Dreambox.....or in fact, through another medium..DVD player...Freeview recorder ?

I really wish to put these films on flash drive.

Using W7 Premium.
