I have a DM800SE with a single LNB dish pointing at 13 deg East Hotbird using Sky Italia
After tuning I can see all standard def channels fine but I get a black screen on all the HD ones. Even unencrypted HD channels are black
The dish does not have a fantastic signal, when it rains i loose some channels. Could this be the reason HD is not working i.e do you need a storiger signal for HD?
