Hi all, I have a DM800HD which for the most part works well. However, when I request a reboot via the remote control handset the box powers down ok, but wont begin the reboot. I have to disconnect from mains & restart the box from scratch again.
My question is, do the knowledgable forum members think this is a hardware, or a software issue ? And is there a fix for the problem ?
