can some 1 please tell me how to reflash an image back on to my dm8000 hd it says no ca found error and none of the programes ive used have worked i cant even get it to show me its ip address so i can reflash on the internet many thanks to any 1 who can help

you say both . do you know the image that you had on the box previously ? if you know the image and you know the sim and bootloader version flash the box as normal with the same image . if you cant flash via web browser you will need dreamup and a null modem cable . no ca just means you flashed the box with an image that has a different bootloader to your box , its quite fixable but a problem that can be avoided by researching and getting info before you flash.
if you power off the box via the switch on the rear and then power it back on and look at the little lcd display on the front it should tell you what bootloader version your box is , such as BL76 (bootloader 7.6) and if the box is a recent clone its probably sim 2.01 , clones are much cheaper than originals so if you paid ?200 or less for the box its a clone . so if its a clone its sim 2.01 , all you need then is the bootloader as I described above , so for example if your box is a clone and bootlaoder is bl76 your box will be
sim 2.01 BL 76 so thn you need to find an image that has the same sim and bootloader versions and flash and it should sort your box .i love it when a dreambox comes together.
