Can you help message says NO PIDS IN PAT

Hi
Can anyone help,

I am getting the following message whilst trying to open Viasat Sport HD.

NO SERVICE FOUND (THEN 4 SECOND COUNTDOWN)
NO PIDS IN PAT

I am able to see 51% snr 71% agr 0 ber so I know the reception is OK. I am able to open all the other Viasat HD channels

I am using DM 800s with Black Hole image. I only have this problem with this channel.
