Firstly hi to all on the forum as this is my first post as im new here and very green 
im hoping some clever peeps can give me a clue to what i need and dont need here goes
purchased a hd800 off ebay used which was on cable , fitted new tuner for sat got that working and down loaded astra28
channels as a test got it connected to my network after messing about abit , this is my first linux box ever so finding it confusing the box as got blackhole ver 1.0 enigma 2010.01.22 then it says image 2010.01.21 and then detected nims : dont know what that means ?
1. is this the correct and best software for sat ?
2. i asume it as an emu installed somewhere or keys but they will be for cable ?
3. do i need to put new keys in or emu for the sat channels
not for sky as i no there not available only in cs which im not really wanting for sky
4. would like to get as many open channels on other sats as poss ready for when i connect my motorised dish which i may need help on at a later stage
5. if poss i would like to use the box with my sky card which i did with my technomate 8900 till cards changed and now dont work
