    Please guys help.

    hi i have a tech 9100super and lost my pin to get into system setup..can some smart chap help me get back in...

    Do a factory re set by holding in the up arrow under the front panel while switching on, keep the arrow pressed until you see a black menu appear, then let the button go, now move to the factory re set item with the up or down arrows, operate the factory re set by pressing the right arrow, watch the display and you will see if it is doing the re set and when it has finished it will re start and you will have to go through the set up wizard, also you will have to enter a new password before you will be able to use any of the software tools for the receiver.

      Nothing is happening when i hold top arrow in and ive waited at least 45 seconds????????

        nothing happening????

          You could just reflash the image on the box
          I couldn't wait for success, so I went ahead without it.

            Does "2011" work on this stb ? works fine on my stb's
            if you forget the pin. only to get in the menu to factory reset

              2011 is for non linux receivers.
