    Interference on tm-6800 hd

Have been using the above receiver for some time with no trouble but am now getting interference on the itv1 hd channel. Other channels appear to be ok.
The interference takes the form of pixellation with what looks like a still image superimposed on top of the "frozen" correct image (if that makes sense!). It seems to happen at intervals of about a minute and lasts for about 5 seconds.
Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem? Would be most grateful for advice

      Hi Thijs,
Thanks. An elementary question. How do you display signal strength and quality?
Have no other satellite boxes connected.
Incidentally, have just viewed itv1 hd and I get a perfect picture with no interference!

Could be interference from a dect phone or microwave.
Press the POS button on remote, or maybe blue button.

when your watching itv hd press info twice and you see signal strenght there and make note of the transponder
go into mainmenu > installation menu>then advanced search and go through your transponderlist and find the one from itvhd the yellow and blue line are the signal strengh and quality
if they are around 70-80 you should be fine signal wise and have an other inteference somewhere like manic01 is saying

            Thanks, thijs and Manic01.
Have checked the strength and quality and they are both 84%.
Think it must be temporary interference, possibly from our neighbour (the technomate is near the dividing wall of two houses).
Anyway, at present it is fine. Is there any way of shielding the box?
