TM 3000D Problem. Please help!

Hi guys, I have been trying to patch my TM 3000D for day but with no luck. Read 100's of threads but no luck. As you know, this receiver does not have a USB port, so I bought a RS232 with a USB adapter and connected it to my laptop. It installed succesfully, Ive also set the port to COM1. But when Im trying to patch or even update firmware using the Technomate 3000 series loader, which I downloaded from technomate website, It just says 'transferring, but nothing happens. This is the screen and it stays the same even after 1 hour.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
