Hello,

Excuse me if my terminology is off, while not new to this i'm certainly inexperienced.

Bought one of these a few years ago, it came patched and allowed me to view Premiere channels on 19.2 E, once i downloaded the keys from another internet forum and uploaded them to my receiver via a memory stick.

I since left the receiver behind me soon after Premiere put an end to that but i'm back now and wondering if this receiver is capable of anything similar to that, preferably on 19.2 E.

Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated.

any idea where i could find the keys for Canal nl?

I'll have to look into whether or not i can pick up 39e from where i am, the middle of Ireland.

Oops, not sure how relevant but my TM is a 5300, not 5000 as i said.

There was keys on this website, in the softcam section. I tried loading them to my receiver and i think i messed it up, infact i'm sure i messed it up.

My receiver keeps turning itself on and off again.

any keys you found for canal nl would have been out of date but should not have affected your box.try this to recover it you will need a null modem cable.make sure you use the correct patch for your exact model.

So my null modem cable arrived in the post today... when i plugged back in the tehcnomate it was working again, no need for the forced patch.

So then i tried to upload the softcam for canal+ nl but no joy there. Is my old patch for that allowed me to receive premiere back in the day the issue? do i need to update the patch?

Any help much appreciated.

My patch is a darkman patch, if thats any help.

darkman does not work for technomate 3th party patches anymore and i tried to find any patches for your model and even with official software the latest i could find was from 2004 so i think the support for your tm has stopped, for now time to upgrade? or just use it for the fta.You will not get the softcam working unless you can find phant0m patches for canaaldigitaal.nl on 19e or bullsat39e if your tm is a 5300 non super then you might be lucky have a look here http://download.for-better.biz/bbs/r...m5000non&num=7 this patch should open bullsat for you with latest softcam and yes it's relevant to know wich tm model you have

Yeah, sorry about that i messed up my initial post. It's non super, that patch went on with no problems, thanks.

Is there any way i can get the Canal+ NL softcam to run on my receiver now? It would save me scaling ladders in the rain.

I don't know exacly wich one but one of the patches should work for it as long as the keys are still open you tried the top one for bullsat so work down the list for canaal digitaal Download center

a bit more then 8 the moviechannels and sportchannels are gone to astra 23.5 but there is still the likes of animal planet and mtv's and hustler and dorcel and a few others plus the comercial rtl's and the flemish een and ketnet/canvas they all have good english speaking programs in the evening.
