ccam help 5402HD

I have a c line of a mate ,was running ok for a while but got a problem now,get the scrambled channel message on all
channels .the c line status shows active and connected in the server list,mate says all connected his end . any ideas?

did you try rebooting your router or disconnect and reconnect in the servermenu.
and in the ip settings menu are all the lines fiiled with the ipadress and mac address and is dhcp auto on.
If the answer is yes to all of this then there must be something wrong with the c-line if it was to connecting before.

thanks for the response mate,I ran through your suggestions but no change,must be the c line,I can't understand why it says connected but won't decode
