Technomate configuration

Hi there !
I am new to this forum and my apology in advance if i am repeating an answerd question.

I manage to configure my new
Technomate tm-5200d usb super + satellite receiver SILVER by me own and it seems ok as i can see different channels now like press tv and cnn .However none of the arabic channels are available .Their title is in the list of tv channels but none of them are live.I believe they are on air 24/7 so no timing issue .It says on the screen of my tv

"bad signal or no connection "

What else it can be ?Where to look for solution?

google lyngsat and see if they are the right frequencie/transponder
They were more then likely in your defaultlist and changed since.or try and do a rescan and have networksearch on
If still no joy the dish might be out .
Wich satelite are you talking about and what setup do you have
and what is your dish aimed at.?
