cant open files with dreambox edit

    cant open files with dreambox edit

    Hi im stuck on this one,when i use dreambox edit i cant open any bouquets that i download i only get this message
    error directory"c:users\lee\desktop"contains no files called "services"
    you must use the ftp option to copy all necessary files from the dreambox to your pc".
    i must be doing something wrong but dont know what

    Have a read up on the guide and make sure you unrar the folder and stick it on your desktop or select a folder to choose it from.
    Make sure when you select directory you hit it it twice so you can see the files open in the same box to the right,thinks thats where your going wrong mate.

      cheers i tried that i get the same error,im using winrar to unrar the file.if i use the ftp and receive files from dreambox and save that to desktop i can then open that with d.b.e.could i drag the files into that folder and do ithat way?

        You can do that and just overwrite them.
