    TM600 - CCam & Control Centre

    Hey!

I have a TM600, With a UR Image installed, How do I put the CCam on? Can you use the DCC or does it have to be the TCC specifically??

    Thanks!

Cccam is usually included within the UR image. If not it is highly unusual.

Thanks, It does have the CCCam installed, to add the CS File, would it be the Technomate Control or Dreambox Control?

      Thanks!

use tcc to set password then use dcc to put your line in.

easiest way by far is to FTP into the receiver and drop the CCcam.cfg file directly into VAR/ETC then reboot the receiver and job done.

The best way to put a cline line is:
            1. Turn all power off on your box the switch at the back.
            2. Hold the power button on the front of the box, at the same time turn the power on at the front of the box, keep your finger on the power button at the front until a number appears at the front of the box between 1 and 10. Once you have this number remember it and take your finger of the power button.
            3. Goto your computer (wireless) and open up explorer in the address bar type 192.168.1.(the number you remember ie 4) so 192.168.1.4 this should open up miniweb..
            4. Have your cline copied ready for paste. find the ccam config file on the mini web page click edit, paste the line in and save.
            5. Turn off your technomate at the back turn it back on and wala your channels should be active. This is the best way hope it helps.

TO GET THE IP PRESS THE LAN BUTTON ON THE REMOTE BUT YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH STEPS 1 AND 2 TO BE ABLE TO CONNECT TP THE BOX VIA MINIWEB.

                This is shocking info.

Power Off hold butons etc.... hold your heads down.

The CCcam.cfg file is located in /var/etc

                There are a few choices.

Idiot proof is a CCcam lines manager.(search any forum or google)

But if you want to get used to linux, from a windows pc, a FTP program like "Filezilla" is what you need.

actually ccam conf is no longer in temp/etc not in ur image anyway you need to add conf file manually for first time ur image ,easist way is have a conf on your desktop and ftp over with dcc then you can edit file in temp/etc if you have not done it before ftping it form desktop
