      box in ballycastle keeps droping 13 and 19.2 going from 70% to 12% had the box here in donegal and got all sat up and going 80% but box back in ballycastle same thing no 13 or 19.2 do i need a diff trans 4 up the north or what is up

        I"m still not sure what you mean but suggest you check all connections are sound and that motor/dish are aligned

          Hi. you dont need a different transponder at all. I think you may have a cable issue probably on the LNB side. As already advised please check cable connections and dish alignment.

            Those sats are strong so is alignment or cable issue.
