    TM5402 - FEC & SID

    Hi

Can someone answer me a simple question please?

Does the TM5402HD automatically apply the FEC & SID when it searches TPs?

I'm trying to find out how to manually add the following details on Thor 0.8

    10747 H
    25000 3/4
    DVB-S2 8PSK

    I can add 10747 H & 25000, but nothing else.....

yes your tm5402 finds all this automatic
only with older models you would have to putin 8PSK
or pilot on or pilot off but newer models it's done by the tm

Hi there. This is my first post here, but can anyone tell me how I can READ the SID and FEC for a mux?

Is there a secret "engineers'" menu you can access?

I think you should use clarke tech editor or ndf editor on your computer to read them.
