TM-3300 2ca intermittent audio problem

I have a TM-3300 2 CA box with S/W version V002.40 (Sep 07, 2009) and Boot version 5.08+14a. I recently inserted a smartcard for Vijay TV on to this. Audio is intermittent; on for 30 second and silent for a minute or so and audio comes back again and goes silent. When I see the Smartcard status it says Unauthorised. I did a Fatory Reset and tuned the channel but same symptoms. Is there anything that I'm missing? Any help is appreciated.

The Samrtcard is a Viaccess card. Whenever I inserted the card message "Smartcard init ok". I also got a message couple of times yesterday "Instruction not supported". Help please....

Im having exactly the same problem, 3300 box & Vijay Tv card... intermittent audio problems. No success with software update with RS232 to USB cable. Cud you pls guide me how to patch it? Thank you. Manny
