hey i have recently bought a tm500super with all chann open it was working fine untill today when it said channel scrambled im not sure what to do with these as ive never had any experience with these before i was going through the menu and accidently pressed update software and all channels were back on ? has anyone had this problem or any information on what to do if this happens again

Sounds like you have dona a factory reset and deleted the codes out of the box. Get him to send you by email the clne again and you will have to put them back in. If not you will need another provider to do this.

You need to get in touch with who ever you got the box from when you do factory reset it knocks your sea loin out..........
