One of my tm500 supers will not boot up properly. I get the UR logo immediately at switch on but it just sits there. I can only communicate with it via the serial port using the TM loader sw. I tried re-flashing with UR and Gemini also but all do the same thing.
Problem occurred when my router went down at the same time so it could have suffered hardware damage from a spike as we have had some nasty storms recently. Is it possible to re-load the boot files as I am suspect that this may be where the problem lies. Maybe I am chasing my tail but I have the feeling that some files got corrupt. The remote will not function as the box will not load up fully. Hope I have described the symptoms clearly. My background is bench fault finding, computers are not my thing.
