Only 39e & 4.8 e open on softcom

I have a technomate tm 5200d usb super + with latest softcom.

After reading on here what opens on the latest patch i can only get a few on bulsatcom and a few on 4.8e.

I see mtv dance, mtv pulse, cartoon network etc are open on 19.2 e, but they dont open for me, why would this be, Thanks.

try a differant patch download them & its a matter of trial & error you can get 19.2 i had them when i used a 5200 cant remember which patch but they can be found
