the latests 6000 series patch is dated 19/1/09
and is on the forum, in the posts in red in this section
you dont say where you are or what size dish your useing but
astra 3a @23.5e needs a large dish from the uk
i have a 1.2mtr dish and i loose signals from some of the transponders at certain times of the day and the futher north and west you are the more
difficult it is to get a good signal without a very large dish, here are the satellite footprints from astra 3a for vertical and horizontal transponders

cheers for your reply, so this means i have to buy a bigger dish. i live in the uk in london, and have only got a 90cm dish (motorised)

Its a polish package found on the 13e hotbird satellite, this package is now no longer available..

i updated my box with the 19/1/09 patch, but my lig tv is still comming up as scrambled. i am updating it using a usb pen. another this is, is ASTRA 1D3A the same as astra 3. can some please enlighten me to what the problem might be.

Do you even have more than 37percent quality signal on the channel? Otherwise it will break up

use the latest patch and softcam...that should open it unless thay changed encryption or if its down
