Whats the advantage?

Being a newbie to this site and also to sat tv can someone tell me what the advantage is in buying a diablo cam as against using the patches available.

Would the diablo open many more channels than the patch?

By the way, I`ve got a TM5400CI+USB and a motorised dish.

plus the conax chns on 16e.9e.1w.8w satellites
and gives you more channels on these four satelites
than the patch opens also it's a great choice of chns

no coz the box doesnt have a cam slot
