biss/dcw is a encryption system used by some providers
like max tv 0n eutelsat 16e and a lot of the adult chns
these keys change very fast and sometime they change a number
of times a day the dcw/biss keys can only be loaded this way the
technomate does'nt recognise the keys from a softcam
this is how you enter the keys
    ****************************************
how to enter these keys on a technomate receiver
go to every channel in turn and on the remote press
8280 and the biss key panel will open, scroll down the key lines
untill you find a empty line and click>ok on the line and the key panel
will open for you to enter the channel key then exit and save the key change the channel will now open, you must do this for every channel
and enter the key on a different line for each channel,
if you note which line each chns is on next time there is a key change
you can overwrite the old key with the new key for each channel.
