help with tm5402

Hi guys

received my TM5402 yesterday

booted it up - done the Phantom patch 117 - Addon 002 - Channel List - latest softcam keys in that order

The problem i am facing is, i am getting into the secret menu. Adding the lines as required, but the same old problem of the Status showing Disconnected.

I have got a testline from a premium server & tried a few free servers, but no matter what i do, it doesnt change to Connected. Also tried the mute + exit together but no joy

I have checked the IP settings and its all correctly configured and the box has received a valid IP address too

Anything i might be missing there please

I have an old eagle box which runs on mgcamd now. Does TM 5402 support mgcamd

do i need to type the numbers on tm5402 or just upload them via USB and how to upload as i am new to TM. Eagle box i used to access via my PC

either way is fine you can add them to a usb or you can enter them with the tm remote

mgcamd would work fine under the newcamd protocol in the server menu on the 5402

I have downloaded mgcamd to my computer, how do I load it onto the TM5402 please? I see a folder full of files and not sure which to load and which to ignore.

you can't you can only use what's in the add on file
