Technomate 1000d one channel keep rebooting every 3 minutes

need help

i have the latest patch and sofcam on my technomate 1000d but the channel that i like the most keep rebooting every 3 minutes,,,,,,anybody knows what could be,,,,,any help a welcome.

try rescan of the sattelite or transponder
or have you done factory resets after patch upgrade if not
backup channellist first then do a factory reset put back on channellist and rescan

Hi. what channel is it and is problem only with this channel.? It may be a patch problem. I would delete all channels and re-scan as thijs said, if problem occurs again try to reload the patch again.

sorry for the delay......having some internet issues ...
and no luck with the channel....

it is only one channel nutsandbolts,, just the one i like.


done factory reset,,,patch and softcam installed ,,,but no luck , have done the same to another tm1000 and same results... ... any other suggestion is welcome and thanks for the help,...

Hi what is the channel name you are having problems with?? You can try to load a previuos patch and see what happens . Do you only have problem with this channel?? If it has happened to a different TM1000 then it must be a patch problem.

ok , i go for another factory reset, then i update with the previous patch ,,
it calls globo on hotbird 13.0 - 11585 v

this patch will keep TV globo open though not much else. patch 315p I found to be the best all rounder but as you say does have a problem with TV Globo.(and several others)
