as i said before click on your series model like 6000 series
and your model will be there don't be afraid to click on any of the links they won't bite check in your system information menu
what model you have or what firmware ,that way we might be able to figure out what model you have i think the supers would say super (and have a lanport) on the front too,but let us know what firmware you have if you have no lanport it's non super.
When your in the download center and your on your model click on the latest phanthom patch for your model and it will download to your p.c. this you will have to put on your usb device and load to your tm after this load latest softcam key file and load to your box and then the key should work

i am readin stuff thank u, i asked because when i opened the file in winzip and transferd it to my box its saying file error

right we know now for sure it's a non super model with no lan/internet port
start with a putting a newer version off original firmware found here 6900 non super v.705
just put this file on your usb device (formatted fat32)just to add best to use firefox as your browser
and goto the usb menu then data transfer menu and ok on file
after this put patch found here 6900 non super p.705
onto yout tm the same way after this you put the latest tmsoftcamkey file into your tm the same way and it should open a good few channels for you wich ones i can't realy say cause it's different from model to model you would like canaal digitaal nl to open you might have to get a different patch for that but some channels should open on 19.2+13+39+23.5 east
