    TM600's losing Internet connection !!

I have stumbled across a right problem with my home satellite set up ... let me explain what my set up consists of.
I have currently a VU+ solo running oscam and 2.1.3, this is also currently my main server.
I also have connected to the VU+ solo a HD7000 spiderbox what the family use in the lounge, and in the boys room there is a TM600. Also i have a TM600 connected to my slingbox. So in total there a 4 boxes.
About a week or so ago, we started having internet issues and Vermin media were aware of a problem in the area and it was sorted within a few days. However my TM600 was having problems keeping a internet connection, and made watching tv impossible as the picture kept freezing. I thought that the TM600 had gone faulty, and the ethernet had packed up inside the box. However after being summoned to the boys room because Cartoon Network was freezing all the time i have noticed that the other TM600 is also doing the same thing and keeps dropping connection. Now i have done a lot of messing about with the network to try and fix the issue, but it seems as though both boxes are knakkered ?? I have tried many different images to see if the problem fixes itself, and right now i have flashed my TM600 with the original Firmware hoping that would solve the issue. Can anyone make any suggestions that i have not already tried ??

    Cheers

Do a ping test and see what kind of readings it gives back...are you using homeplugs or straight ethernet?
I'd do a bit of changing round of the boxes tbh....take a TM600 down to where the VU is and check out its performance there plugged direct to your modem.

Thanks for the advice ... I have pinged the boys room and this is my reading..

I am using hard wiring for the connections between the affected boxes, and have done for years. There are no homeplugs.
I am unable to move boxes around untill the house is empty and nobody is using the internet.

Looks like your ping time is tru the roof mate....thats why your boxes are breaking up.
Check things out with your ISP first tho, that fault in your area might still be a problem for you.

Do you think thats possible ? If i am pinging a STB on my home network, would this be affected by the incoming line ?? I have been wondering if i should ring them up to see if they can send a new signal to the modem to see if it helps..

It'll be affected by a dodgy modem/router...is everything else functioning ok?

Right now there is a problem reported on vermin media service status page, but there has been no faults reported over the past few days. All the pc's and tablets / smartphones etc appear to be running ok, although there has been some freezing on the spiderbox, but i recon this is because its connected to my VU+ solo whats running as my server with oscam & 2.1.3, and the spiderbox prefers 2.1.1. I am using the VU+ solo as my server because the TM600 has this internet issue. Also the router has just been refurbished and it works perfect. Here is some of the modem log i have copied..
