Technomate 5300D+ super

Please help ! i've got the Technomate 5300D+super its been set up basically for the football on Tring TV i believe it has connax embedded software and it works well, but i recently tried to tune into the FTA on 28.2 freesat/astra 2 picked up about 100 more channels but won't locate BBC,ITV etc can this be done ??? i have a motorised 1.2 m dish

Hi. Try and do a blind search on 28.2 and see if it tunes in BBC, ITV etc. If it does not then your dish is not properly aligned.
